Prices are shown in GBP and inclusive/exclusive of VAT where stated. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and authorised. Instalment plans must be paid on the scheduled dates; late payments may result in suspension of access.
6. Course Delivery & Attendance
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may limit your participation and learning outcomes. You must comply with all instructions given by trainers for safety and learning purposes. Some Courses may require models; it is your responsibility to arrange suitable models unless stated otherwise. Where models are provided, you agree to follow the model policy and consent procedures.
7. Health, Safety & Professional Conduct
You agree to maintain professional conduct, respect staff and peers, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry without refund. You must disclose any relevant medical conditions that could affect participation. We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these standards.
8. Certification & Outcomes
Certificates (attendance or competence) are awarded at our discretion based on participation, assessment, and demonstrated skill.
9. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
All Materials are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non‑transferable licence to use Materials for personal, non‑commercial learning. You must not share, reproduce, distribute, record, or sell Materials without our prior written consent.
10. Website Use & User Content
You must use the Site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, hack, or copy it. If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content on the Site and marketing channels. Complaints and support
1. Initial Contact

2. Submit a Formal Complaint in Writing
If the issue isn’t resolved informally, the customer should send a written complaint including: Their name and contact details, Date of the course or service, A clear description of the issue, Any supporting evidence (photos, emails, receipts, etc.). 3. Acknowledgement of the Complaint

5. Outcome & Response

6. Appeal (If the Customer Is Not Satisfied)
If the customer disagrees with the outcome, they may: Request a review by a senior member of the academy’s management team, Provide any additional information they feel is relevant. The academy will review the case again and issue a final decision.
7. External Escalation (Where Applicable)

Cancellation and refund policy
Customers may cancel their booking within 14 days of purchase if the course has not yet begun and no digital materials have been accessed. Deposits are non‑refundable, and cancellations made after the cooling‑off period or once training has started are not eligible for refunds. Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing within the required notice period and are subject to availability. If Edu‑Kate Training Academy must cancel or reschedule a course, customers may choose a new date for the affected session.
